Order flow

Made to order

All Drop 01 pieces are made to order. Production begins once your deposit is placed.

  • Select your piece, colorway, and size on the product page.
  • 30% deposit secures production.
  • Production timeline: 1–2 weeks.
  • The remaining 70% is invoiced prior to dispatch.

Payment

Deposit structure

Full price is shown on each product page. Local checkout is available in JMD.

  • The amount charged at checkout is the 30% deposit.
  • The remaining 70% is sent by invoice before dispatch.
  • Deposits are used to secure your order and begin production.
  • Your order is not considered confirmed until the deposit is successfully paid.

Shipping

Jamaica first

PLA primarily serves Jamaica. International orders are accepted on a limited basis.

  • Jamaica: shipping is included in your final balance.
  • International: shipping is calculated separately after deposit is paid.
  • International courier cost is added to the remaining balance invoice.
  • Duties or customs fees, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Sizing & fit

Held, sculpted, close

PLA pieces are designed to sit close to the body with a soft but controlled fit.

  • Size range: XS–XL.
  • Each product page includes available sizes and colorways.
  • If you are between sizes, review the fit notes before purchasing.
  • For sets, mixed sizing can be left in the notes box where available.

Returns & exchanges

Made-to-order policy

Because each piece is made to order, all sales are considered final once production begins.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Any approved resolution will be confirmed by email.

Garment care

To preserve structure

To maintain the shape, stretch, and finish of your piece, treat it with care.

  • Hand wash cold where possible.
  • If machine washing, use a gentle cycle and wash bag.
  • Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct heat and sun.
  • Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, and tumble drying.
