How it works

Made-to-order

All Drop 01 pieces are made-to-order. Once you submit your details, we email your invoice + payment link.

  • 30% deposit confirms your order.
  • Production timeline: 1–2 weeks.
  • Balance due before delivery / pickup.

Shipping

Jamaica & International

Shipping is confirmed by email before payment. Your invoice includes your final shipping total.

  • Jamaica: Knutsford Express depot or local courier (cost confirmed on invoice).
  • International: Shipped from Jamaica (cost confirmed on invoice).
  • Delivery time depends on destination and courier once dispatched.
  • Duties and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment

Invoice + deposit

Your order isn’t charged automatically. We send an invoice after you submit. The deposit confirms production.

  • PayPal: Invoice link by email.
  • Bank transfer: Available (details sent by email).
  • If paying by bank transfer, send proof of payment (screenshot or receipt) to confirm.

Sizing & fit

Stretch, held, sculpted

PLA pieces are designed in stretch fabrics that sit close to the body with a controlled, sculpted feel.

  • Size range: XS–XL.
  • Use the size options and fit notes on each product page.
  • If you’re between sizes, add your bust, waist, hip, and height in your order notes.
  • We review sizing notes before invoicing to help you get the best fit.

Garment care

For long-lasting structure

To protect the structure, stretch, and colour of your pieces, treat them as delicate.

  • Hand wash in cold water where possible.
  • If machine washing, use a gentle cycle and a wash bag to reduce friction.
  • Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sun.
  • Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, and high heat.

Returns & exchanges

Final sale (made-to-order)

Drop 01 pieces are made-to-order. Because of that, all sales are final once production begins.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production starts.
  • We’ll confirm next steps by email.
